1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of BrightBoardAI.com and all services, tools, applications, software, AI models, features and content provided by BrightBoard AI Ltd. By using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

“AI Output” means content generated automatically by the Service’s AI systems.

AI Output is generated automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies or inappropriate content. You must review and verify all output before relying on it. AI Output does not constitute professional, academic or legal advice.

We may update, change or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.


5. Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use the Service:


  • for unlawful activity

  • to engage in academic misconduct

  • to generate harmful, offensive or unsafe content

  • to hack, disrupt or interfere with the Service

  • to copy, scrape, resell or misuse platform content

  • to collect data to train competing AI systems

    We may suspend or terminate Accounts that violate this policy.



6. Accounts, Registration and Security

Some features require an Account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your Account unless you have reported unauthorised access in advance.

We may suspend or terminate Accounts at our discretion.


7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property relating to the Service is owned by or licensed to BrightBoard AI Ltd.

You are granted a limited licence to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.

You must not reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce or create derivative works from the Service.

You retain ownership of your Content, as described in section 8.


8. User Content and Rights Granted to BrightBoard AI

By submitting Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to process, store, reproduce and use it as necessary to operate the Service.

You confirm you have the rights to submit your Content and that it does not break any laws.

We may remove Content that breaches these Terms.


9. AI Output and User Responsibilities

AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate.

You must not rely solely on AI Output for academic, legal, financial, medical or professional decisions.

You are solely responsible for verifying AI Output.

We disclaim all responsibility arising from reliance on AI Output.


10. Fees, Subscriptions and Payments

Payments must be made through approved providers.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify BrightBoard AI Ltd against all claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.


20. Severability

If any section is unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.


21. Assignment

We may transfer or assign these Terms without restriction. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.


22. Notices and Communication

You must keep your contact details accurate.


23. Entire Agreement
